Blue Sapphire Morpho Butterfly Earrings

The Blue Sapphire Morpho Butterfly Earrings are a beautiful way to embrace the season! The Butterflies are a vegan butterfly specimen that I have sealed with jewelry grade resin. Each butterfly is created with gorgeous color and a metallic luster that dances with the light. A faceted piece of Sapphire is wire wrapped to the top of each butterfly wing. The Sapphire is a natural gemstone that has been heat treated for color. I have used Sterling Silver for all the metal work, which is great for sensitive ears! The last photo is not the same earrings you will receive. The last photo is modeled by the gorgeous Annie for size reference.

Due to the creation process the butterfly may contain tiny air bubbles or variations. It’s just a part of its beautiful uniqueness!

The metamorphosis of the butterfly, from caterpillar to pupa to adult, is seen as a metaphor for the process of personal transformation and growth.
